We will provide ongoing training and support in many areas critical to the success of the franchisee's business, including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures. The Nashville Coop team coordinates the development of advertising materials and strategies and supplies franchisees with consumer marketing plans for use at the local or regional level.

This step is all about securing your financing! Be sure to apply for any funding you may need now to meet the investment requirements.

Sign the FA

We're ready to commit! We will send over our Franchise Agreement (FA) and once you've signed on the dotted line, it's official! Welcome to the Nashville Coop Hot Chicken family.

Begin the Training

Let's begin the comprehensive training program! The initial phase offers up to two weeks at HQ in Minneapolis, approximately twelve weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open. This hands-on instruction covers administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters. During phase two, an experienced trainer from Nashville Coop will provide on-site training at the new location for up to five days to assist with the commencement of operations.

The Franchisor negotiates quantity discounts on behalf of its members, passing some or all of these savings on. It will also facilitate the ordering process through its internal purchasing system. Nashville Coop provides support and guidance to franchisees on how to manage their books, but they should hire their own CPA for their individual business. Management and leadership will continue to research methods and techniques for franchise operations that enhance profitability.
